Heather will share strategies and best practices you need to know when designing "Zaps" and demonstrate several use cases where Zapier can automate workflows internally in your practice and remove integration roadblocks with your clients' workflows. By the end of this session, you'll know how to build a simple "Zap" to get you started on your path to becoming a workflow superhero.
