Three words that every client never hopes to say: "I'm being audited." That said, it's likely that you will have clients subjected to an IRS audit. Part I of this course will consider the various types of audits, the players involved in an audit, and the various stages of an audit. It will also cover ways clients and advisors can prepare for an audit and resolve an audit with potential criminal issues.

"This was the best webinar I've attended on any subject so far. The presenters were well-prepared and skilled at presenting (not just knowledgeable about the topic). The material was relevant and focused on knowledge gained from experience rather than information easily accessed by an internet search. I look forward to hearing these presenters again."Tamika, FL
"I enjoyed this webinar because it helped me better understand parts of an IRS audit, how to prepare myself and clients, how to educate myself and lots more. I look forward to part 2. I'm an aspiring EA and feel this information can be used as a guide to study from. I've learned some great tools to research."Michael, MO
"Travis and Josh continue to provide exceptionally high level presentations in their webinars in a highly detailed and factual manner, also containing suggestions for practice management & representation. Like this one, they are well worth attending."Elena, GA
"Joshua Wu was a great presenter. Despite the longer timeframe and the extensive amount of material to cover, he made the session flow smoothly. He was very informative, providing real world examples on most topics. I am looking forward to Part II!"John, CA
"Fantastic presentation and so much time was devoted for our benefit. Wish this would have qualified for CE as it would be most valuable for any Enrolled Agent with the applications presented and matters that would otherwise be taken for granted."Staci, PA
"Timing is everything. We are in the middle of a field examination for a new client. The seminar reinforced our tactical approach to this audit. In addition, it provided alternatives to closing the audit at the exam level. Thank you!"ROHINI, CA
"Loved it. I do audits when required and it was interesting to learn the difference between the revenue officers and tax compliance officers. I have represented clients in both paper and field audits. Much prefer face to face audits."Christine, NV
"Joshua Wu is off-the-scale knowledgeable. His presentation is a super reference document for future IRS audits. This presentation was a homerun! Only negative is that there was SO much material it was drinking through a firehose."
